Normalize FLAC

Some Questions that we receive:

Hello … a while ago I caught the craze for the low quality that had some of my MP3 and erased almost all the music that was (were more than 600GB) leaving alive only in CBR MP3 @ 320Kbps. Right now I’m in the process of “re-download” and “re-ripping” … and I’m limited to MP3 and FLAC 320Kbps CBR @ ^ ^.

Anyway … My previous collection had it level with the MP3Gain, a simple little program that I liked because it took only peak volume, but also other factors, achieving a very good leveling. And the main thing: do not miss it! So sometimes I leveled something and then re-fit a few dB below or above to get everything evenly with the rest of my music.
The problem arises with FLAC me as the MP3Gain not support them. Are there any programs out there like MP3Gain but for FLAC? Entered my head to spend all MP3 CBR @ 320Kbps (still good), but it would be half as sacrilege and I want to stay with the guilty conscience

in a very low quality of 128 kbps, each song had some 2 or 3 mb

Then I get ready to download the album in higher quality (flac format). and guess what …………….
The songs you download in Flac format FUCKING SOUND LIKE to 128kbps!
And that all the songs you download in Flac exceed 30 MB!

I can explain why this happens? not supposed to be the flac lossless format (no loss) and greater weight should be heard far better?

FLAC is a lossless audio format, that is, it sounds like the original, unlike MP3 or AAC, you lose quality when compressed sound.

The disadvantages is that not all portable players support it, only the best as Cowon, Sansa, Creative, and others. Also, as mentioned already, the songs fairly weigh about 25 or 30 MB on average for each song, for some it is a lot, but if you consider that it is becoming cheaper almacener information either hard drives or flash memory, not a problem. In addition to the connection speed that today’s not hard to download music in that format.

An advantage I can mention the sound quality. It is the most widely used lossless format. A Free Codec.
